AVAILABILITY
Reservation
To make the reservation an advance of 40% of the total amount of the stay is asked, calculated according to the days and people that are going to stay in the house. This payment will be done by bank transfer and the transfer form joined to the document Arrileku will send to you will justify that the reservation has been done.
Prices
The prices include V.A.T. The accommodation begins at 5 pm the day of arrival and finishes at 12 am the day of departure. If the house is not free at this time, it is meant that your stay will be longer and you will have to pay for another day.
Payment
Payment for the entire stay will be made when the house is at disposal of guest’s.
Cancellation
If the cancellation of the stay is done during the last 7 days before the arrival, the owner has the right to keep the money advanced for the reservation.
Arrival
The latest possible time of arrival is 8 pm, unless the guests telephone the owner to notify any delay. Otherwise, the owner has the right to rent the accommodation to other possible guests.
Inventory
An inventory of all the household equipment contained in the house will be given to the guests at their arrival and will be checked on departure.
Admission of other guests
- The guests of Arrileku can invite other guests during the day but not during the night.
- The number of people sleeping can’t be higher than the authorized number.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning
If our guests request the cleaning of the house during their stay the rate of 15 €/hour will be applied. We ask the guests to leave the house in the same conditions they found it at their arrival.
Guest’s behaviour
We expect from our guests total respect to the house, the environment and the owners. Please make any suggestion you may like to, we will gratefully accept it.
Our customers stay may be ceased if they fail the usual rules of civic behaviour, hygiene and respect or if the number of accommodation places authorized by the Department of Industry, Commerce, Tourism and Work is exceeded even the prohibition of the owner.
The rules not catered above are to be governed in accordance with DF 243/1999 of the 28th of June.
